The Beautiful Yukon River

The Yukon River is a pristine ecosystem for all living beings in and around its many tributaries. This photo was taking in the summer of 2024 of our boat parked on the bank of the Yukon at Beaver, Alaska. This photo means to me that winter is coming because in the land of the midnight sun, when it gets dark and the boats are in the river it is likely either August or September.
